Van Dung Do works full time in the eScience group. He received his master’s degree in “Engineering Science – Physikalische Ingenieurwissenschaft” from Berlin Institute of Technology – Technische Universität Berlin. He also holds an Engineer degree – Diplom Ingenieur in “Aviation Technology” from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. At Hanoi University of Science and Technology, he studied in the program for excellence students, which was designed on the initiative of France – PFIEV (Programme de Formation d'Ingénieurs d'Excellence au Vietnam). Van Dung joined eScience group in July 2020, he worked in the BAM Data Connect project, where he was responsible for developing a web application for users at BAM. From May 2021, he works in the LeBeDigital project, which is one project in platform material digital. In LeBeDigital project, he is mostly responsible for data management and developing a knowledge graph of material science data. He is interested in different aspects of data-driven science: data science, data analysis, data management. He also has experience in computational fluid dynamics.
