Carlos Madariaga
Scientific Software Developer
Carlos Madariaga is currently working in the BAM Data Store Project and is part of the eScience group at BAM.
He is adapting and developing the RDM platform openBIS to the needs and specifications of the various groups at BAM.
At the same time, he is learning Machine Learning to work on a new project with Philipp Benner.
Previously, he completed his Bachelor's in Computer Science in Information Technologies at University of Oviedo,
in Spain, and his Master's in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology in the Autonomous University of Madrid.
He developed his Master Thesis in the Barcelona Supercomputer Center (BSC) and worked in the IMDEA Food Institute
in Madrid developing a bioinformatic web application for Food research, before arriving in Berlin and BAM.
Now, he is training on Machine Learning to develop a career in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis.
